HOW TO MAKE PERFUME AND PERFUME PRODUCT FOR FUN AND PROFITWith Over 40 RecipesBy: Richard Dobbin
In this e-book you will be shown how perfume is made and over 40 recipes for perfume, toilet-waters, aftershave, colognes, scented talcum powders and room deodorizers. You will see how blending certain ingredients will produce common odours, which you are likely familiar with. My reasons for producing this booklet are: 1. After learning that some cosmetics and perfumes are tested on animals, I felt it was time that consumers be presented with an alternative. 2. I developed allergies to commercial perfumes, due to thier chemical and petrochemical by-product content. Many also contain animal by-products such as musk oil. Here is a sample recipe from the booklet. Violet Perfume: 1/16 oz violet oil, 1/16 oz rose oil, 1 oz tincture of orris root, 3 drops oil of bergamot, 12 ounces of alcohol, 2 ounces of distilled water. Bear in mind when trying this recipe; as you mix the alcohol and water the result will be a cloudy mixture. This is normal and common when using the holistic approach to making perfume. You can prevent this by omitting the water or replacing it with the same amount of alcohol. Bear in mind by doing this you will end up with a more volatile product. By volatile I mean, it will evaporate faster. This sample recipe easy to follow and is typical of what you will find in the e-book. |
